For Real Estate Agents
The Agent Advantage
You already know what a bad lender costs you. This page is about the other kind.
What working with our team actually looks like
The complaint agents have about lenders is almost never about rates. It is about silence. A file goes quiet for a week, the closing date approaches, and nobody can tell you whether it is fine or on fire. Our approach is the opposite by design: you hear where the file stands, you hear it when something changes, and you hear about a problem while there is still time to solve it rather than the afternoon before closing. If you need a status, you get a real answer instead of a promise to check.
The second piece is local underwriting knowledge, and it is worth more than it sounds. Someone here has seen how appraisals come back in your subdivision, how a particular program behaves on a Lexington County transaction, which condition requests tend to surface late on which loan types, and where a file is likely to slow down before it does. That experience turns into problems caught early, like a documentation gap flagged at application instead of in underwriting, an appraisal concern raised before it threatens a date.
Third is structure. This is a team of seven across the Lexington and Greenwood offices, not a single loan officer with a voicemail box. When one person is in a closing or out of the office, someone else can pull up the file and answer your question. Your client also keeps the same team from application through closing, and nobody gets handed to a processing centre three states away halfway through. We are not going to quote you a guaranteed turn time; what we will do is tell you the truth about where your file is and what it needs.
- Real status updates on your file, including when something changes.
- Local underwriting knowledge that surfaces issues early rather than late.
- A seven-person team, so someone is reachable when your regular contact isn't.
- The same team stays with your client from application through closing.
